I’ve taken on a new mandate with Fey, a company with nearly a century of expertise in crafting high-quality beds and sleep solutions. Starting in December 2024, I’ll be working with Fey to explore opportunities for international expansion through direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.

Fey has been producing premium boxspring beds and sleep systems since 1926, with all production facilities proudly located in Europe. Known for their attention to detail and commitment to quality, Fey has built a strong reputation as a trusted manufacturer of sleep solutions. Now, they’re looking to take their expertise to new markets, connecting directly with consumers around the world.

Testing the Waters

Direct-to-consumer marketing represents an exciting opportunity for Fey to engage with customers in a more personal and impactful way, and complement the existing sales funnel.

My role will involve:

  • Evaluating potential markets where Fey’s products can resonate with consumer needs.
  • Developing and testing targeted DTC marketing strategies to introduce Fey’s unique value proposition.
  • Identifying key insights from early experiments to scale international efforts effectively.
