Macun One AG: The One-Stop Subcontractor
Macun One AG is a collective of subcontractor firms that specializes in solar installations, roof renovations, and facade improvements. Over the past decade, Macun One has grown into a trusted name in the industry, with a team of more than 150 employees.
What sets Macun One apart is its vision of becoming the go-to partner for all construction needs, integrating a wide range of services under one roof. By continuously developing new skills and bringing in expert partners, the group is building a model that simplifies construction projects for clients and ensures high-quality execution at every step.
Net New Energy AG: Driving Sustainability
While the details of my mandate with Net New Energy AG are still being developed, the company’s focus on sustainable energy solutions aligns perfectly with the needs of today’s market. Together with the team, I’ll explore ways to expand their impact in a competitive and evolving sector.

As a board member, my role will focus on:
- Marketing Communications – Helping Macun One and Net New Energy effectively communicate their value propositions to partners and clients.
- B2B Sales – Developing strategies to strengthen relationships with business partners and grow their client base.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Supporting the implementation of systems and processes to enhance customer experiences and long-term satisfaction.
