Today, I’ve started a new mandate with Younergy SA, a Swiss leader in solar energy based in Crissier (Solothurn and Zürich). Part of the Swiss Solar Group (SSG)

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing teams in industries undergoing rapid change. Today, I’ve started a new mandate with Younergy SA, a Swiss leader in solar energy based in Crissier (Solothurn and Zürich).
My role will be to coach and support their Marketing and Sales teams as they navigate the challenges of a highly competitive solar market, helping them refine their approach and capitalize on new opportunities.

Why Now Is a Critical Time for Solar
The solar market in Switzerland—and beyond—has changed dramatically in recent years. Installation prices have dropped significantly, and while the pandemic-driven hype around self-sustainability has subsided, the long-term potential of solar energy has only grown.
For residential properties and commercial and industrial (C&I) projects alike, the opportunities are greater than ever. But with this growth comes increased competition, and that’s where having a strong message and clear unique selling points (USPs) can make all the difference.
Younergy has a compelling story to tell. As part of a larger group and with over 3,000 successful projects in Switzerland, they have the expertise, reliability, and scale to stand out in a crowded market. Now it’s about making sure their prospects and customers see that value clearly.
What’s Ahead
This mandate is as much about opportunities as it is about challenges. Together with the Younergy team, I’ll be focusing on:
- Sharpening the market positioning and ensuring their value proposition resonates in a competitive landscape.
- Strengthening the sales approach to close deals effectively and build stronger relationships with prospective customers.
- Supporting the marketing efforts to communicate the benefits of choosing a trusted, experienced solar provider.

Looking Forward
What excites me most about this role is the chance to work alongside a talented team in an industry that’s helping shape a sustainable future. The road ahead will no doubt come with challenges, but I’m confident that with the right strategy and execution, Younergy will continue to thrive.
