From Family Time to Business Growth, and What's Next

Over the past year, I’ve found myself navigating through some significant changes—both professionally and personally. On the professional front, the restructuring and reorganization within the GANDT group have demanded a great deal of my attention.
This has been a period of intense focus as I’ve worked to refine our strategies and realign our team’s goals with the future in mind. It’s been a challenging yet rewarding process that’s required me to step back from client-facing roles for a while.
On a personal note, this year also brought the joy of welcoming our second child into the world. For the past few months, I’ve made the conscious decision to prioritize family life. Being present during these early stages of my child’s life has been incredibly important to me. As any parent will tell you, those precious moments with family are irreplaceable. They’ve reminded me of the importance of balance, and of taking the time to appreciate what truly matters.
However, with these transitions now more settled, I’m eager to reconnect with what drives me at my core: working with entrepreneurs and scale-ups who are open to innovative ideas, new business development strategies, product launches, and internationalization projects.
My passion lies in helping businesses grow, especially those in the midst of change management within their teams. This is where I believe I can make the most impact, drawing on my experience as a(n interim) Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Growth Officer (CGO), or in fractional leadership roles.
